The Qatar Foundation and the Qatar National Library hosted a symposium in Doha, Qatar on May 28-29 to discuss why it is important to digitally preserve heritage/culture in general, and also for contribution to the World Digital Library, for the technical staff of member libraries in the Arab Peninsula region.
